1. General Provisions
Edusnab.uz is committed to delivering high-quality educational equipment, furniture, and related products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the terms below.
This policy complies with the applicable consumer protection laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. Eligibility for Return
Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The product has not been used or installed
- The product retains its original appearance and packaging
- All original accessories, documentation, and parts are included
- The product is not custom-made or specially ordered
Products that are assembled, installed, or show signs of use are not eligible for return unless defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or specially manufactured products
- Products manufactured according to client specifications
- Installed furniture or equipment
- Items damaged due to improper use or storage
- Digital goods or downloadable materials (if applicable)
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective:
- The customer must notify Edusnab within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos or video evidence must be provided
- Edusnab will inspect the case and may offer:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Partial refund
- Full refund
Transportation costs for defective products will be covered by Edusnab.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to defect or company error.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned product
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary
7. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are possible subject to product availability.
If the replacement product has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference.
If it has a lower price, the difference will be refunded.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled:
- Before shipment — full refund
- After shipment — subject to return conditions above
- Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
